    The Sunsuper Ride to Conquer Cancer benefiting The Chris O’Brien Lifehouse at RPA is an incredible 2 Day, 200km ride to raise money and awareness for our cancer research and treatment at Lifehouse.

    People of all shapes and sizes, all ages and from all abilities will come together in one amazing show of force. It takes strength in numbers to battle cancer and thousands will raise millions for the cause.

    More about the Event 

    • Over 200 kms, two days of biking, one night of camping – one epic weekend cycling through the scenic NSW countryside
    • The route is yet to be determined and is unlikely to be finalised until much closer to the event due to the traffic negotiations and relevant authorities etc.
    • $50 to register and a fundraising target of $2,500. You can work on meeting the fundraising target right up to the day before the ride and in reality most riders exceed the target once they commit and get into the program.
    • The ride supports all levels of fitness and you don’t need to be a cycling fanatic to take part - it is open to all abilities
    • Following registration riders will be supported in their efforts to fundraise to help them meet their goal.
    • Each rider will be allocated with a Ride Guide and receive coaching, constant motivation and training tips as well as access to local teams to train with.
    • They also have access to a comprehensive website environment with their own fundraising ad profile page, facebook plug ins and iphone apps etc.
    • The Ride begins with Opening Ceremonies on the Saturday morning and finishes on the Sunday. Thousands of Riders will cover approximately 100 kilometres each day, travelling at their own pace.
    • During the event all riders will be supported by hundreds of Volunteers and Crew Members, providing meals, water and snack stops, gear transport, portable restrooms, safety on the course, comprehensive medical services and an overnight campsite complete with tents, hot showers and entertainment.
